Once you have submitted your information for enrollment for the Prepaid Debit Visa, you will be required to fax over a copy of your Social Security Card or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
If you do not have these documents we would require one of the following NON U.S. Documents in order to process your card:
1) Foreign Passport
2)Matricula Consolar
3)Voter Registration
4) Visa Number
5)Foreign Drivers License
6)Other Foreign Issued Government I.D.

Fax your I.D. document to 866-456-7905 once your application is submitted to complete the process.
